Books for Kids

Partnering with our STARS Summer Reading Program and the District Literacy team, the Alpine School District Foundation is working to ensure that students at every elementary school in the district have access to books that are perfectly suited to their reading level. These books are being made available free of charge, especially to families with financial need and where there aren’t enough books in the homes.

The literacy team is helping to ensure that the right books are going to the right kids to make the most difference possible.

Donors in our community help us make this program possible and we hope to be able to expand this program year-over-year to help more and more kids who will benefit from these books.
